Deputy Chief Chief Spence has been a member of the department since 1999. DC Spence is in charge of the Support Services Division. Chief Spence’s division is in charge of Training, recruiting, IT and Emergency Management. Chief Spence also serves as head of the East Snohomish Training Academy.
